Registering to bid is FREE!
Bidders may choose to place a "Quick Bid" or submit their highest bid on each lot. The "Quick Bid" option is a one-time bid. Bidders will need to manually enter additional bids. If a highest bid is submitted, the system automatically bids on the bidder's behalf up until the entered amount. You can submit a highest bid by entering an amount and clicking "Submit Bid". Typically, a highest bid is the maximum amount a bidder is willing to pay for an lot. Please note: bidding amount increases by the bid increment listed on each auction. Winning bidders will not need to pay their highest bid (Proxy Bid) amount unless bidding reaches that amount.
No! Bidders pay nothing unless they win the auction.
Bidders receive notification via email for each auction they win.
Bidders can add individual lots to the "Your Favorites" tab found on the bidding pages of our website. After registering to bid and confirming your account, log-in and click on the auction you'd like to view. This will provide a breakdown of all of the individual lots in the auction. Click the star on the right of the lot title to add the lot to "Your Favorites". Clicking "Your Favorites" at the top of the auction bidding page allows you to view and track selected lots as the auction progresses.
Lots of Auctions uses a popcorn bidding system. This means that the closing time of the auction automatically extends if someone places a bid in the last few minutes of the auction. This system ensures that every bidder has a chance to place their final bid(s).
Each auction is charged separately. For example, if you win one lot in our Electronics Auction and another lot in our Kitchen Auction, you will see two separate charges on your credit card or bank statement. This is true even if your pick-up occurs at the same warehouse location.
Buyer’s Premium and Fee's are determined by the winning bid and/or are a flat rate. Buyers premiums and fee's help to cover administrative costs, and other fees associated with processing the item.
Please check all transactions for invoices with the same total amount. Depending on the financial institution, you may see pending charges. Please wait 72 hours to see if the charge is reversed by your bank before contacting Lots of Auctions.
Lots of Auctions offers a Eight (8) Day Return Policy. Bidders may return their lot(s) under the 8 Day Return Policy if the lot(s) are not as described. Lot(s) must be returned in the same condition as received and include all parts and/or accessories or the seller has the right to decline the return. Please review the Term and Conditions of each auction to view the final date and time returns can be received.
Winning bidders must pick-up their lot(s) within the pick-up window posted on the auction. Lots of Auctions offers convenient contact-less pick-up in Texas. Please contact us for information about shipping lots outside of the area.
Bidders have eight (8) days from the close of the auction to pick-up their lots. The exact pickup cutoff and time is listed in the terms of each auction.
Bidders can pick up lots once the auction has closed. This means that ALL lots in the auction must be closed before a lot can be picked up.
Monday Through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
If a lot is not picked up within the stated loadout time, the lot will be considered abandoned and forfeited. No refund will be given for abandoned or forfeited lots.
We do not offer a call ahead service at this time. Check in is first come first served.
Bidding FAQ – Pallet Auction
Pallets are pre-built and contain a selection of products. These pallets contain up to 15-20% fallout (unusable products). Our pallets are an excellent option for resellers and open-air market vendors that require lots of product. Individual items are sold separately. It is recommended that everyday shoppers bid on our individual items, not pallets.
No. The pallets available through our pallet auction are pre-built. Winning bidders accept all items on the pallet at purchase.
