Bidders that participate in our online auctions can pick-up their items immediately after the auction closes. Bidders can find the pick-up dates and location listed on each auction on our website. Winning bidders have seven days from auction close to arrange pick-up of their items. If something doesn’t meet the expectations of the bidder, they can return that item to the same location within seven days for a refund.
Our return policy applies to all items available in our online auctions, except those sold AS IS. These items will be marked clearly in both the title and the description. For example, the pallets available in our pallet auction are sold as is and returns on these pallets are not accepted. Each pallet includes around 15-20% fallout or unusable product. It’s strongly recommended that bidders purchasing items for personal use or gifts bid on individual items instead of pallets. Our pallet auction is perfect for resellers and open-air market vendors.
