At Lots of Auctions, we believe that no one should have to pay full price for the things they want and need. Each week, thousands of people participate in our online auctions. Shopping through online auction is more convenient, cost-effective, and exciting than visiting the store.
If you’ve never participated in one of our auctions, there’s no time like the present to try. If you’ve got questions about participating in our online auctions, we can help! Read on for answers to our customer’s most common questions.
How Do I Register to Bid?
Registering to bid is easy! Click here to visit our bidder registration form. After filling out the form, you’ll need to confirm your email address. If you don’t receive our email, please check your spam filter. If you’re using Gmail, please check your “Promotions” filter as well.
How Do I Submit a Bid?
After registering to bid, log-in to your account and navigate to the item’s listing page. You can either enter a “Quick Bid” or enter the maximum amount you’re willing to spend on the item. Click “Submit Bid” when done. You won’t pay anything unless you win the auction.
Can I Withdraw My Bid?
If a bid has been submitted erroneously, please reach out to us directly for assistance. Typically, once a bid has been submitted, you may not retract the bid per our Terms of Use. It’s strongly recommended that you do not bid unless you are certain you want to buy the item.
Do You Sell Vehicles?
We’re sorry, we do not offer vehicles through our online auctions.
Can I Track Multiple Items As the Auction Progresses?
You can add individual items to the “Your Favorites” tab at the top of the bidding pages of our website. Click on the auction you’d like to view. This will provide a breakdown of all of the individual items in the auction. Click the star on the right of the item title to add the item to “Your Favorites”. Clicking the “Your Favorites” tap at the top of the auction bidding page allows you to view selected items as the auction progresses.
How Do Charges Work If I Win Items from Several Categories?
Each category is charged separately. For example, if you win one item in our Electronics Auction and another item in our Kitchen Auction, you will see two separate charges on your credit card or bank statement. This is true even if your pick-up occurs at the same warehouse location.
